Recharter
Recharter season is here and Recharters need to be worked on now and can be submitted at Feb Roundtable and are due in the Scout Office by Feb. 17th. To begin the recharter process please go to the Council Recharter Page. Additional Recharter info is below.
Klonderee
Register Now! The Klonderee will be on Feb. 26th, 27th, and 28th at Kenosha Pass. Snow is a sure thing at this 10,000 foot high camp! Please visit the District Calendar to register and find information like the Leader's Guide.
Scout Show
Scout Show Kick-off is right around the corner on Jan 26th. Please plan to attend and for more information please visit the calendar. You can also visit the Scout Show webpage to find additional information like the Leader's Guide and more important dates.

District Dinner and Awards Banquet
The District Dinner for 2010 will be held on Friday March 12th. The District Dinner is the night where we honor our fellow Scout Leaders for all of the hard work and accomplishments for the year. Key awards given out will be the Outstanding Scouter Award, William D. Boyce Award, and the District Award of Merit. The cost of the District Dinner is $12 with a late fee of $3 if you register after Feb. 28th. Outstanding Scouter Awards must be submitted on or before Feb 28th. Cub Scout Day Camp
Preparations are underway for another Great Day Camp! Get your Day Camp Chairs and Coordinators lined up now! To register and find out more information on Day Camp please visit our Pioneer Trails Day Camp webpage. Eagle Scout Preview
March Roundtable will host an informational preview on what is need to be done to work on the rank of Eagle Scout. This Eagle Preview is going to become a normal meeting on Roundtable nights and will be quarterly. The preview will be a break-out for Boy Scout Roundtable. All Candidates, Parents, and Leaders are invited to come and attend.
Varsity / Venturing Roundtable
Roundtable will host a Varsity / Venturing Roundtable. It is open to all those that want to attend. Plan to start in the Boy Scout Roundtable Room and then break away.
Merit Badge College
Merit Badge College is going to be held on April 17th. More information on what badges will be offered along with signup will be available in late Feb. Recharter

New and Important Recharter Info:
In addition to the process that you are used to there is a very important form that has been added this year. The "Annual Charter Argeement" Form must be submitted with each recharter. On this form there needs to be two signatures. The first one is from the Executive Officer. The person that signs as the Executive Officer on the actual recharter must be the same that signs on the "Annual Charter Agreement" form. The second signature is from somebody that is in the Scout Office. This form can be found as part of the materials that are printed when you do online recharter or you may download and print here.
