2016 Pioneer Trails Camporee
September 23-25, 2016
The Fall Camporee is a special event in our district each year. Units will camp out over the weekend, Friday-Sunday. Webelos are expected to camp with a Troop. During the day, Patrols/Dens will participate in activities that are based upon game themes. Though it has not been confirmed at this time, there may be an opportunity to perform some type of conservation work as well. We will also be having Rifle and Shotgun programs this year. Camporee will take place at Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch.
Registration fees are $15 per person. Late Registration fee will be $5 per person. Late fee will start 2 weeks prior to the event. Register Now.
If you plan on shooting Rifle, there is an extra $5 charge for ammo and gun usage. (Webelos cannot shoot Rifles). If you plan on shooting shotgun, there is an extra $14 charge for 25 rounds. (Must be at least 13 years or older, Webelos cannot shoot shotguns)

**A note to all units: Make sure you bring your troop camping supplies and your ten essentials. Leader's Guide will be out soon.

Fall Sign Up for Scouting Nights
Kindergartners have been waiting all year to sign up your pack. Fill out and submit the Sign Up For Scouting Materials Request Form, and the district membership team will prepare flyers for you, provide stickers, yard signs, buddy cards, and other materials for you. Neatness counts on this form. What you type in will be what you see on your materials. We are here to help so please reach out to us and let us know what we can do for you!

New Address: Roundtable and Committee/Commissioner Meeting
Roundtable and District Committee/Commissioner meetings take place at the Parker South Stake Center, 7160 Bayou Gulch Road, Parker, CO 80134. Roundtables are held at 7PM on the first Thursday of each month (with few exceptions). District Committee meetings are held at 6PM on the second Thursday of each month, and District Commmissioner meetings are also the second Thursday at 7:30PM.
